EazePro policies
Terms of Service
These terms govern business use of EazePro, a client operations and revenue-management platform provided by Codepaper Technologies Inc.
Effective and last updated: October 8, 2026
1. Provider and agreement
EazePro is provided by Codepaper Technologies Inc. (“Codepaper,” “EazePro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an Ontario corporation located at Unit 20-120 Woodstream Blvd, Vaughan, Ontario L4L 7Z1, Canada. Contact us at info@codepaper.com.
By creating an account, accepting an order form, or using EazePro, the organization subscribing to EazePro (“Customer”) agrees to these Terms. The individual accepting confirms that they are at least 18 and authorized to bind the Customer. EazePro is offered for business use, not personal or household use.
2. The service
EazePro provides tools for customer relationship management, quotes, scheduling, jobs and orders, invoicing, receivables, payments, tips, reporting, team operations, integrations, and related workflows. Features may differ by plan, region, role, or integration.
We may improve or modify the service. We will provide reasonable notice if a material change substantially reduces a paid feature during a current subscription term.
3. Accounts and authorized users
- Customer is responsible for accurate account information, its users, permissions, credentials, and all activity under its workspace.
- Credentials must not be shared. Customer must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Customer is responsible for obtaining lawful authority to upload, use, and communicate with its clients, staff, contractors, and other contacts.
4. Subscriptions, renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Fees, billing frequency, included features, usage limits, and the initial term appear on the applicable checkout page or order form. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for successive terms of the same length until cancelled before renewal. Taxes are additional where required.
Customer may cancel through available account controls or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the prepaid term. Except where required by law or expressly stated in an order form, prepaid fees are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial periods, unused features, or unused accounts. We may change future pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.
5. Customer data and communications
Customer retains ownership of data it submits to EazePro. Customer grants us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and to comply with law.
When Customer sends quotes, invoices, reminders, marketing, or other messages through EazePro, Customer is the sender and is responsible for consent, message content, suppression requests, and compliance with anti-spam, privacy, consumer-protection, and telemarketing laws.
6. SMS Terms
EazePro, operated by Codepaper Technologies Inc., offers an optional recurring staff SMS program for authorized users. Messages provide operational work information, including weekly schedules, next-day schedules, new or changed assignments, 24-hour assignment-confirmation requests, and reminders for assignments that have not yet been confirmed. The program does not send marketing messages.
Message frequency varies with the user's assigned work. A participating user may receive a weekly summary, a daily next-day summary, a confirmation request approximately 24 hours before an assignment, and a reminder approximately every four hours until the assignment is confirmed, cancelled, rescheduled, reassigned, or completed. Additional verification or service messages may be sent when requested by the user.
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on the user's device, carrier, coverage, and other factors outside EazePro's control.
To enroll, an authorized user signs in to EazePro, enters a mobile number in Staff SMS alerts, affirmatively enables the unchecked consent control, saves the settings, and verifies possession of the number with a one-time code. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing EazePro or continuing to use non-SMS features.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply START to resume after opting out. Reply HELP for help, email info@codepaper.com, or visit our Support page. Users may also disable SMS alerts in EazePro. See our Privacy Policy and Staff SMS Consent page.
7. Payments, invoices, and tips
Payment processing is provided by third-party processors such as Stripe and is subject to their terms. Unless an order form says otherwise, the Customer—not Codepaper—is the merchant of record and is responsible for pricing, taxes, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fulfillment, invoices, and client relationships.
Tips collected through a vendor’s payment flow are designated for that vendor. The vendor controls its tip policy, eligibility, allocation, payroll treatment, tax reporting, and distribution to staff. EazePro does not employ the vendor’s personnel and does not guarantee how or when a vendor distributes tips.
8. Integrations, automation, and AI
Customer may connect third-party services or authorize agents and AI tools. Those services are governed by their own terms. Customer instructs us to exchange the data necessary for enabled functions and remains responsible for reviewing automated output and approving consequential actions. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as legal, tax, financial, or professional advice.
9. Acceptable use
Customer must not misuse EazePro, violate law or third-party rights, probe or bypass security, introduce harmful code, access another tenant, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer except where law prohibits restriction, resell the service without permission, or use it to develop a competing model or service.
10. Intellectual property and feedback
Codepaper and its licensors own EazePro, its software, designs, documentation, and related intellectual property. Subject to these Terms and payment of fees, we grant Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use EazePro during its subscription. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation.
11. Security and confidentiality
Each party will use reasonable care to protect the other party’s non-public confidential information and use it only for this agreement. We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service. No internet service is completely secure; Customer must use suitable access controls and backups for its own operations.
12. Suspension, termination, and data export
We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, address unlawful use, respond to a security risk, or collect materially overdue fees. Either party may terminate for a material breach not cured within 30 days after written notice, or immediately if the breach cannot be cured.
After subscription expiry or termination, Customer may request an available export. Active Customer data is scheduled for deletion after 30 days, subject to legal obligations, dispute preservation, fraud prevention, and backup cycles. Residual backup copies may remain protected and unavailable for ordinary use for up to 90 additional days.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EazePro is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free output. We do not warrant third-party services, customer collections, business results, or the accuracy of user-entered or AI-generated data.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Each party’s total aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid or payable by Customer to Codepaper for EazePro during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to liability. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
15. Indemnity
Customer will defend and indemnify Codepaper and its personnel against third-party claims arising from Customer data, Customer’s products or services, unlawful communications, violation of law, or misuse of EazePro, except to the extent caused by Codepaper’s breach of these Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party submits to those courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
17. General terms
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, an applicable order form, and any data-processing terms form the entire agreement. An order form controls only where it expressly conflicts. Customer may not assign the agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Notices may be sent electronically. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated reasonably in advance and apply from their stated effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
