An invoice total tells only part of the story. Your team also needs to see the customer, related work, payments already recorded and the amount that still needs attention.
Keep the invoice connected to the job
Use the application invoice workflow to review the customer and the charges associated with the work. Keep the underlying order or service context accessible so a billing question can be answered from the record.
Before sending, check the scope, amounts, currency and customer details. A repeat customer may have several jobs in progress; match the invoice to the correct one instead of relying on the customer name alone.
Work from the remaining balance
A deposit or partial payment changes what the customer owes. EazePro’s financial views keep invoice and payment context available, including remaining direct-order balances. Review the recorded state before deciding whether a reminder is appropriate.
Do not confuse a sale, an invoice and a completed payment. They answer different questions. The team needs that distinction when reviewing upcoming work, following up after service or explaining the amount due.
Ask AI for financial context
The connector can retrieve permitted receivables and revenue summaries. Ask a bounded question about a customer or reporting window, then open the relevant record to review the answer. This helps you find the work needing attention without making the assistant responsible for the collection decision.
Review the direct receivables for this workspace. Show remaining balances and distinguish overdue work from upcoming work. Do not send reminders or make changes.
Create and send invoices through the application
The current AI connector does not create invoices, send payment reminders or charge customers. Those actions remain in the appropriate application workflow. If AI invoice creation is your deciding requirement, compare products with that specific action available today.
For your trial, use a fully unpaid invoice, a partially paid invoice and a customer with multiple jobs. Check that the person handling collections can identify the correct balance and avoid requesting payment twice. Verify any accounting export or integration requirement separately.
