BUILT AROUND YOUR WORKFLOW

A driveway request can turn into a discussion about siding, access and timing. EazePro helps you keep the sales conversation and the business record together, so you can return to the right next step between jobs.

A short inquiry rarely describes the whole job

“How much for a driveway?” leaves important questions unanswered. Surface condition, treatment, access and additional areas can change the work. If you quote from an incomplete message, the misunderstanding may surface when you arrive on site.

Create a lead for the request and record what you still need to know. Keep the customer’s preferred timing distinct from the slot you eventually confirm. That gives your team a useful record even when the customer is not ready to book.

Keep scope and assumptions separate

Use the record to capture the surfaces requested and the information used to prepare the estimate. If measurements or site inspection are still needed, record them as pending. Do not let an AI-generated description stand in for a verified measurement or an informed treatment decision.

Document changes before updating the quote. Adding a patio or changing the requested treatment should be visible to the customer and to the person doing the work. Keep the original request and the agreed scope understandable.

  • Address, customer contact and requested service date.
  • Surfaces and areas included; measurements that have been verified.
  • Water and access arrangements; site questions still to resolve.
  • Estimate status, responsible person and follow-up date.

Follow the opportunity through to payment

Prepare the quote in the application and set a follow-up on the CRM lead. Before confirming the job, review your actual capacity and the agreed scope. Keep weather and site constraints in the planning conversation rather than assuming a calendar entry has resolved them.

After completing the work, create or review the invoice and check the recorded payment. If a balance remains, open the underlying invoice before contacting the customer. That prevents a team member from chasing the full invoice value when a partial payment has already been recorded.

Use AI between jobs

A connected assistant can turn details you supply into a lead, save a note or move an opportunity to the appropriate stage. It can find overdue follow-ups and read scheduled work. These are useful, bounded tasks when you have a few minutes to catch up.

Current AI access does not measure properties, price a surface treatment, change the schedule or send a quote. Use your own approved pricing and review the application record before making a commitment to the customer.

Show open pressure washing leads with follow-ups due by Friday. Include the recorded next step and flag missing scope details. Do not send any customer messages.

Check the field-service features you depend on

A business coordinating several trucks may need route planning, weather-driven rescheduling, crew availability, recurring maintenance and before-and-after documentation. Those needs go beyond a shared view of scheduled work. Put them on the demo agenda explicitly.

EazePro’s current product foundation includes catering and order-based operations. Evaluate how the labels, line items and scheduling fit your pressure washing workflow rather than assuming every trade-specific function is available. Start with one customer journey before moving the entire book of work.

Run a practical evaluation

Use three situations: a new inquiry with missing details, a quote awaiting an answer and a completed job with a remaining balance. Check whether your office and field team can identify the next action without consulting a separate note.

Record actual time spent and corrections needed during the test. The goal is clearer handoffs and fewer forgotten next steps. Do not treat more generated messages or more CRM activity as proof that more work was won; track the customer outcome separately.

Questions from service owners.

Does AI calculate pressure washing prices?

The current EazePro connector does not measure a property or generate an approved price. Your team prepares quotes in the application using its own scope and pricing.

Can it optimize routes or reschedule for weather?

Those specialist capabilities are not claimed here. Review routing, crew dispatch and weather rescheduling as explicit fit requirements.
