EazePro / Scheduling

See the work ahead in one shared calendar.

Review scheduled service work alongside customer and order details. Give the team a shared view of the day and ask AI to help prepare the briefing.

BUILT AROUND YOUR WORKFLOW

The calendar is where a customer commitment becomes part of the working day. EazePro’s shared operational view brings scheduled orders into view so your team can review what is planned and what needs attention.

Bring scheduled work into the same conversation

EazePro’s operational calendar includes direct orders and supported third-party work. Review the date, customer and related order information before confirming the day with your team.

A requested appointment belongs in the sales conversation until your team has agreed the plan. Recording a requested date does not automatically reserve staff, a vehicle or a service window.

Prepare for the day with customer context

Use the calendar as a starting point, then open the underlying work to confirm scope and instructions. A good morning review identifies missing information early enough for someone to resolve it.

For catering this can include fulfillment details and delivery progress. For another service business, test whether the current order and calendar model captures the details your team needs. Industry labels alone do not establish specialist scheduling fit.

Ask AI for a bounded briefing

A supported assistant can read a schedule range and retrieve permitted order details. Give it the date range and timezone, and ask it to flag missing information rather than fill gaps with assumptions.

Review tomorrow’s scheduled work in Toronto time. Summarize customer and order details, list any missing information in the records and show the related references. Do not change the schedule.

Keep scheduling decisions in the application

The current connector reads scheduled work; it does not book, move or cancel jobs. Confirm crew availability, travel, access and customer agreement before changing the operational plan through the application.

If automatic recurring visits, capacity booking, route optimization, technician skills or appointment reminders are essential, test those as explicit requirements. A shared calendar is not the same as a complete field-service dispatch system. Use one representative busy day to evaluate whether the workflow fits.
