Getting a payment request out is only one step. Your team needs a dependable record of the payment and an understandable remaining balance so customer conversations stay accurate.
Use the payment workflow connected to the invoice
EazePro supports Stripe-based payment workflows when the business has the required configuration. The relevant invoice and customer payment experience should be demonstrated using your intended business and currency setup.
Payment processing has its own fees, account requirements and availability. Confirm those terms alongside the EazePro subscription before committing; this page does not promise a processing rate or instant settlement.
Distinguish the invoice from the money collected
An invoice can be open even when some payment has been recorded. Review total, paid and remaining values before contacting the customer. Keep completed payments separate from booked work and quoted revenue in your reporting.
A typical evaluation should include a deposit and a remaining balance. Ask the person who handles customer questions to explain the amount due using the application record alone.
Give AI visibility without delegating money movement
Supported AI tools can read the permitted receivables and revenue context. With Full access and the required role, additional tools can record payments, generate payment links and issue approved refunds. Direct card charging and changes to payment credentials are not exposed.
A prompt to check whether a customer has paid is an information request. It does not authorize a financial action. If a recorded balance is unexpected, inspect the invoice and payment history before taking the next step.
Confirm the payment process you actually need
Bring your deposit policy, typical currency, refund process and any offline payment workflow to the demo. Ask how each is represented and which role can perform the action. Do not infer that every processor, financing product or payment method is supported.
Check what your accountant needs too. Invoice visibility is not a substitute for a complete accounting system, and a payment integration should not be advertised as an accounting sync unless that connection is available and verified.
